Appointment Policy

To give your pet the attention and care he or she deserves, we see patients by appointment only.  Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

Reptiles must be restrained in an appropriate container or bag.  We know you love your pet and might want to show it off, but please understand and respect that many of our clients may have a fear of these animals.
